How we can identify which TLS versions are supported by Operating system?

Hello,

How we can identify which TLS versions are supported\used by Operating system?

I have come across several articles where it states that the TLS keys are present on the below Registry Location for Client & Server.

Registry path: HKLM SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols

But I have checked on different server Operating system versions where TLS key is completely missing in the above registry path. So in this case which TLS version is using by operating system.
